of leading us in the path He chooses for us. God always has our best interest at heart. His
amazing plans for our lives and for our future are written for us in His Holy Word. His desire is

Jesus Christ. Our heavenly Father wants to grace us with every good and perfect gift from above.
God created us to glorify His name on earth and to will and do of His good pleasures. He also
placed each one of us on earth for five purposes
1. For Worship - to get to know Him and love Him through worship
2. For Fellowship - to learn how to love each other through fellowship
3. For Discipleship - to become His disciples by growing in the grace and knowledge of Jesus
Christ.
4. For Ministry - to use our divine gifts and talents to serve Him through ministry
5. To Evangelism - to win the lost to Christ by sharing the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus
Christ
God’s ultimate purpose for each one of us is to become more and more like His Son, the Lord
Jesus Christ. Another one of His purposes is for us to reproduce His life in the lives of those
around us. God intends for us to fulfill these purposes not alone, but through the faith community.
He uses people to demonstrate His infinite love with other people.
